T-Mobile has consistently ranked as the fastest carrier in the United States, with a median download speed of 44.4Mbps and a median upload speed of 18.2Mbps. The carrier’s 5G network has also seen a significant boost in speed, with median download speeds of 524.3Mbps and median upload speeds of 81.7Mbps.
In second place is Verizon with a median download speed of 42.8Mbps and median upload speed of 18.0Mbps. The carrier also has a strong 5G network with median download speeds of 431.9Mbps and median upload speeds of 73.1Mbps.
AT&T comes in third place, with a median download speed of 38.9Mbps and median upload speed of 18.4Mbps. The carrier’s 5G network has a median download speed of 225.3Mbps and median upload speed of 70.9Mbps
Sprint, which is now merged with T-Mobile, has a median download speed of 35.1Mbps and median upload speed of 14.9Mbps. The carrier’s 5G network has a median download speed of 164.8Mbps and median upload speed of 35.9Mbps.
